Vitamins

Just as with minerals, there are numerous important vitamins to

keep your body in balance and maintain optimal health. But because

so many of us rely on processed foods in our diets, we often don’t

get enough. Even if we did eat the right foods, it’s nearly impossible

to get enough of certain nutrients from foods alone, particularly

vitamin E.
