Susan’s Trail Mix
1 cup of unsalted almonds 1/2 cup of lightly salted pumpkin seeds 1/2 cup of dried, unsulfured apricots cut in bite-size pieces 1/2 cup of dried, unsulfured mangoes cut in bite-size pieces 1/2 cup of carob chips Mix together and enjoy. I’m sure your coworkers will enjoy this as well.
