Are over 30 (the most severe symptoms
occur in women in their thirties and forties).
   
Have significant emotional stress in
your life.
   
Have suffered side effects from birth
control pills.
   
Have difficulty maintaining a stable
weight.
   
Don’t exercise.
   
Are married.
   
Have had a pregnancy complicated by
toxemia.
   
Have children (the more children, the
more severe the symptoms).
