Bone Health

Tie-Dye Smoothie

Here is a wonderful smoothie recipe for bone health. It’s high in

calcium, potassium, and magnesium, and is great-tasting to “kids”

of all ages. Makes 2-3 cups

1 cup orange juice fortified with calcium

2 bananas

1/4 C cup blackberries

1/4 C cup ground flax

Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend until

smooth.
