Herbal Tea for Fibroids and Endometriosis
Raspberry leaves have uterine relaxant properties
and help relieve diarrhea. Ginger has both pain-relieving (analgesic)
and anti-nausea properties. This is a helpful combination for relief
from fibroid and endometriosis symptoms.
Bring water to boil. Place herbs in water and stir.
Turn heat to low and simmer for 15 minutes.
