Fatigue & Low Energy

Keep It Simple Tip:

Ragdoll Exercise

This exercise helps relieve fatigue by releasing

tension. After doing this exercise, you’ll enhance the blood flow

and oxygenation to your head and neck, which will leave you feeling

alert and energized.

  1. Stand with your legs apart.
  2. As you exhale, drop your head and body slowly

    forward.

  3. Let your fingers hang down as close to the ground

    as possible.

  4. Deep breathe in this position for 30 seconds.
  5. Slowly come up to the standing position.
  6. Repeat three times.
