One of the keys to effective detoxification is to facilitate elimination. And, in addition to water, fiber in another critical component of elimination facilitation.
Ive found that making oatmeal a part of the daily diet is a delicious answer to this dilemma. Not only does the fiber help with the detox process, it also helps with appetite control, lowers cholesterol levels, reduces your risk of developing cardiovascular disease, balances estrogen levels, and enhances immune responses.
