Drlark.com reserves the right, but is not obligated, to do any or all of the following:

1. Investigate any allegation(s) about any communication(s) that may or may not conform to the terms of the drlark.com Message Board/Chat Room Rules and determine, at its sole discretion, that such communication should and will be removed.

2. Remove postings which are deemed to be abusive, illegal, disruptive, or in any way fail to conform with the drlark.com Message Board/Chat Room Rules at the sole discretion of the drlark.com staff.

3. Terminate user access to any or all public area(s) including the entirety of the drlark.com site upon any breach of any drlark.com Terms and Conditions of Use at the sole discretion of the drlark.com staff.
