Usage Recommendation: Put 1 packet of PGX granules (2.5 g) into 8 ounces of cold water or juice and stir briskly. Drink additional water (12-16 ounces) after ingesting PGX. Up to 2 packets, 3 times per day may be required in some cases for optimal appetite control. PGX mixes instantly in water or juice, but may also be added to food such as yogurt, fruit salad, oatmeal, or soup.
